The Program Administrator supports the Center for Education Outreach in the implementation of school-based and on-site programs, reaching thousands of students and teachers across New York City through music, dance, digital design, literature and visual art. The Program administrator must be able to perform a range of administrative duties, including communicating parents, students, teachers, invoicing, coordinating meetings and conducting research as required.
Hours of work:
36.25 hour work week. Typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with the ability to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
