92Y May Center for Health, Fitness and Sport is seeking part-time Membership Services Agents (MSA). Our state-of-the-art complex is where New Yorkers of all ages and fitness levels find the inspiration to live their healthiest lives. Our programs are designed to promote the essential aspects of well-being—with emphasis on exercise, healthful living and nutrition. The MSA will help provide assistance and exceptional customer service to May Center members and guests. Responsibilities include ensuring that all member check-in procedures are completed correctly, and that membership renewals, guest passes and payment for personal training sessions are processed efficiently. The position also entails selling Pro Shop items and completing paperwork.
Additional assignments may be assigned at the discretion of the employee’s supervisor(s).
Shifts include weekends and evenings working up to a maximum of 14.5 hours a week.
