The Program Coordinator supports the Director in all programming aspects of the 92NY’s School Engagement in the Arts, which creates dynamic arts education programs for K-12 students and teachers in a range of arts disciplines, including music, dance, literature and visual art and design. The Program Coordinator is responsible for a range of administrative and coordinative duties, including supporting School Engagement’s cohort of Teaching Artists in residence with schools across New York City and beyond (through our virtual education initiatives); liaising with personnel at collaborating schools; facilitating school-based and online workshops; assisting in new school recruitment.
Reporting to the Manager, Membership and Digital Giving, the Development Associate, Membership and Digital Giving will be responsible for supporting the membership and digital giving programs at 92nd Street Y. This will include implementing membership and digital giving strategy, and the production and analysis of results. The Associate will also be responsible for executing a variety of donor communications, supporting the accuracy to communications tracking and assisting with donor events as needed.
The 92NY Program for Cognitive Strength and Ability (PCSA) is a strength-based program for patrons with mild to moderate cognitive impairment tailored to meet their unique intellectual and cultural backgrounds while honoring their previous life experiences. PCSA is seeking a per-diem social worker to join our growing team of highly skilled professionals who facilitate this cutting edge program.
PCSA provides intimate, small group experiences for its participants and include opportunities for in-person conversation, intellectual and cultural engagement, cognitive stimulation, and physical exercise. Each of our current seven groups is staffed by at least one per diem social worker and auxiliary staff.
Cleans and services building area, moves furniture, equipment, and supplies in and around the building, and performs a variety of housekeeping duties to maintain the 92nd Street Y in an orderly and sanitary condition.
92NY’s 60+ Programs includes the Himan Brown Program, an all-inclusive membership program for our 60+ community of lifelong learners as well the Program for Cognitive Strength and Ability (PCSA), a cutting-edge, strength-based program for community members with mild to moderate cognitive impairment.
The Director of PCSA Community Care and Outreach (CCO) will actively co-direct the 92NY Program for Cognitive Strength and Ability (PCSA) with the Director of PCSA Program Operations. This role will lead all support and social work services for participants and families as well as coordinate all community focused programming and outreach.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Foundation and Corporate Philanthropy, the Director will take a leadership role in the creation, planning and execution of institutional fundraising strategies for annual giving, priority initiatives, and 92NY programs from foundation and corporate sources. The Director will maximize opportunities for unrestricted philanthropic revenue while simultaneously prioritizing identifying new donors for organizational priorities. This position will play a critical role in driving the Foundation and Corporate Philanthropy unit’s total fundraising revenues forward, while personally managing a portfolio of donors and prospects with five-to-six figure capacity. The Director will be the leading author of grant proposals, steward and manage relationships, participate in prospect research and the identification of new and diverse donors with significant capacity. Qualified candidates will have a history as an experienced, front-line institutional giving development professional who is both innovative and energetic and who functions well in a fast-paced team environment.
Working closely with programming colleagues, this role will lead a curriculum of adult educational offerings—creative-writing workshops and literary seminar—which mostly meet online. Competitive candidates will have a demonstrated track record, public profile, and pre-established network as a scholar, editor, and/or curator in the fields of academia, publishing, and/or the world of literary arts programming and management. This role is responsible for maintaining an active presence in writing and scholarly communities across the nation and abroad, while collaborating with the Executive Director of Continuing Education and directly and indirectly managing staff in programming, producing, and hosting classes. Oversight and administration of tasks include budgeting, marketing, strategic planning, and social media. The programs offered aim to advance 92NY’s organizational mission and revenue generation goals.

The Membership Services Agent (MSA) is often the first interaction members, prospects, program registrants and guests have with the staff of the May Center for Health, Fitness & Sport. Their welcome must ensure a positive first impression. The MSA provides assistance and exceptional customer service to May Center members, program registrants, prospects, and guests. Responsibilities include ensuring that all individuals are greeted and given appropriate customer service, member check-in procedures are completed correctly, and that all point-of-sale transactions are processed efficiently.
The person hired to be the Assistant Director of Adult Programming will be responsible for fostering partnerships with both internal 92NY staff as well as with external agencies and focused on creating and implementing high level Jewish programming at 92NY.
The Nursery School After-School Counselor is responsible for picking up children from 92NY Nursery Classrooms and supporting them to their 92NY After-School enrichment activities. They will also be responsible for the general safety and development, growth, and class support of the participants. The Support Specialist will provide high-quality educational and recreational experiences for participants.
