This position will oversee and supervise all aspects of the general mechanic operation as well as assist with the supervision of HVAC as needed. The nature of this position regularly requires emergency response after hours with the Mechanic Supervisor being required to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day. Responsibilities will include maintaining, installing and repairing existing or new HVAC, electrical, door hardware, and plumbing equipment as well as general carpentry, painting and spackling.
High school graduate and/or formal education from an accredited technical school; formal education from an accredited technical school preferred.
5 years of previous hands-on experience with previous supervisory experience preferred. Examples include replacement of 110V outlets, replacing sink faucets, lubricating bearings, replacing motor belts, etc.
40 hours per week.

Compensation Range
$60,000 - $70,000
The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
