The Program Coordinator will assist in maintaining the daily operation and oversight of the Department, including a portfolio of classes and workshops. The Program Coordinator will oversee event logistics and administration, including liaising with presenters, collaborating with internal departments and providing support on the day of programs, ensuring the success of all events and providing a positive experience for patrons and instructors. The Program Coordinator will uphold a commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensure an exemplary student and instructor experience.
40 hours/week.
Typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 10am-7pm with a 1-hour unpaid meal break.
Some morning and weekend hours and flexibility in this regard will be required.
Two-week notice for weekend and holiday hours will be provided, where feasible.

Compensation Range
$50,000 - $55,000
The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
