The Coordinator within the Customer Care department is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service when interacting with patrons, customers and 92NY colleagues. The Coordinators are committed to providing positive customer service experience listening to and respond positively to Patrons.
36.25 hours per week.
Sunday - Thursday, 12:30 - 8:30pm with flexibility required.
