The Accountant is responsible for providing accounting and analytical support within the Finance Department including completing daily, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly financial routines. Working closely with 92Y’s Payroll Manager the Accountant will assist in the streamlining and automation of processes as well as completing bi-weekly payroll analysis. Responsibilities will include providing key support in preparation for and during the annual audit and may also be required to assist program and department managers in analysis of financial and budgeting issues as they relate to their program/department.
The Beverage and Catering Manager is responsible for the management of bar and catering operations within 92Y. This role will have accountability for the management of event set up and execution, and the responsibility to manage and order inventory. The Manager will ensure appropriate service standards are delivered and maintained at all events requiring beverage and catering services.
This is a Part Time, benefit eligible role. Hours are allocated 2 weeks in advance depending on weekly event schedule. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
The Front Desk Manager, will serve as the manager-on-duty during a scheduled shift. The position is responsible for overseeing the operation of the facility. It includes the supervision all Front Desk staff and systems including computers, photo station, cash drawer, credit card terminals and multi-line phone system.
The Residence Liaison Associate (RLA) will function as the main point of contact for 92Y Residents, responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience through community and camaraderie, health and safety, guidance and welfare. The job holder also will liaise with security staff, facility operations and services, all 92Y departments for collaborative projects and programs, and as part of the team provide support for day to day operations of Residence Office.
We are seeking experienced lifeguards and Water Safety Instructors. We are looking for responsible, energetic individuals, who are serious about their job, and are interested in working in a fast paced fitness environment. We require professional and dependable individuals, with great communication skills,who will commit to their work schedule, take pride in their job and care about their swimmers.
Lifeguard pay rate is $18 - $20 / hours, with an incentive available for early morning opening shifts.
Water Safety Instructor pay rate is $25 - $50 depending on class taught.
Experienced competitive gymnastics coaches wanted immediately for afternoon, evening and weekend hours; opportunities available every day of the week for recreational/competitive coaches + birthday party opportunities!
