This position will oversee and supervise all aspects of the general mechanic operation as well as assist with the supervision of HVAC as needed. The nature of this position regularly requires emergency response after hours with the Mechanic Supervisor being required to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day. Responsibilities will include maintaining, installing and repairing existing or new HVAC, electrical, door hardware, and plumbing equipment as well as general carpentry, painting and spackling.

The Afterschool Counselor is responsible for picking up children from their respective schools and bringing them to their 92NY Afterschool Clubhouse rooms (classrooms divided by grade). They will be responsible for the general safety, development, and growth of the children as well as supporting them with their homework.  The counselor will provide quality educational and recreational experiences.   Afterschool’s year runs from September 8th- June 12th.

The 92NY May Center for Health, Fitness & Sport hosts a variety of member-based classes for adults of all ages and fitness levels. We are seeking instructors certified to teach Primary Group Exercise (Body Conditioning/Strength), Aquasize, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Aerobics (including step) and Body Conditioning. 92NY Group Exercise provides a supportive environment for staff and patrons.   Minimum of 6 months teaching experience required. Must hold relevant certification. No minimum hours.

92NY’s Art Center offers a wide variety of afterschool and weekend visual art classes for children/teens ages 4 – 17. The Art Center welcomes over 300 children and teens each semester with classes led by Teaching Artists. The 92NY’s Art Center Teaching Assistant Program offers participants a hands-on classroom experience that provides tools and techniques for working in the field of visual art education. Classes run from September to January and then from January until mid June.
